This mod lets you unlock any lock by forcing it (100% chance), you still need the required skill to even attempt to open a lock and you can still attempt to pick it as usual.
This mod simply does the same thing as typing in setgs flockskillbase 100 in the console, but I got tired of doing it every time I started up the game.
WARNING: This mod makes the Infiltrator perk useless as you will never break a lock.
Install: 1) Unzip the .esp file of your choice (ONLY USE ONE) 2) Copy the .esp file to Fallout 3\Data folder 3) Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', or Start FOMM and place a checkmark beside the .esp file.
Uninstall: 1) Uncheck the .esp file. 2) Delete the .esp file from your Fallout 3\Data folder
