   as with most fallout 3 weapon mods and apparel mods, the texture just will not work for me which sucks and idk how to fix it, Idk if NMM isn't doing it's job or what, I don't have this problem with NV though, just FO3

      Where are the hats? I went to mama dolce's and didn't find anything. Apart from the remnants and there dirty uniforms. No hats.

   hmm idk y but when i downloaded this it works fine i find the black cap but all the rest of the chinese soldiers just the wear the normal dirty uniform and i really want the other caps

    A bit hard to use the load order codes, might help if there actually was an esp in the zip file
