Adds new armor to the game. Medic Stealth Armor. Custom Unique Voice and injects Rad-X, RadAway, Med-X and Stimpaks.

I threw this togeather in about 5 hours time. Really fun, and should be really useful for those stealthy people who want to have the benefits of medical armor without clunking about.
This is NOT a modification of the Prototype Medic Armor. This is a custom version of the Stealth Armor, I made a custom script and a custom female voice for this armor. I created a new copy of the armor, it does NOT mod the existing stealth armor.
Because of this, it requires Operation: Anchorage DLC.
The voice sounds very good, very very natural (for good reason :3). It is not annoying.
It administers Med-X as the Prototype Medic Armor does. Though in a more efficient way, because my armor doesn't have the idle chatter.
It injects RadX when you are over 6 Rads A Second.
It injects RadAway when you go over 190 Rads.
It injects Stimpaks when you are under 25% HP.
It will also tell you when it has used the last of each, so you know to stock up.
The Medic Stealth Armor only has an AR of 22 (instead of 28), but has a weight of 15 (instead of 20). It lasts a little longer.
The armor has no combat sensor unlike the prototype medic armor. It is a very simple computer which just does things based on when they are needed, so everything works in and out of combat. (which can be a double edged sword)
It is completely compatable with any mod with modifies the Stealth Armor or Prototype Medic Armor (no conflicts with either of those at all).
I was trying to replicate the way they did the prototype stealth armor sounds, but its really complicated (they hide an MrGutsy in a Cell, and give it dialog which they query). I just was very lazy and used PlaySound instead.

Q: Where in the game is the Medic Stealth Armor?
A: It is in the room with the normal Stealth Armor, just look around a little. I attached an image to help you find it.
Q: Will you make a copy with a male voice?
A: If you supply all the required sounds. Yes! Otherwise probably not, doing all these sounds took about 3 to 4 of the hours I mentioned. (Dispite thier short length, I had to do so many extra takes).
Q: Wait.. it says it is injecting Morphine, but uses a Stimpak, whats up?
A: Sorry, my fault. In older versions it has this due to a not recoding a 'stimpak' voice. But been fixed in v1.3 and newer. Please update to fix this.
Q: It says "Morphine Depleted" when it uses Rad-X? Whats going on?
A: Erm, yeah. You need to update to v1.1 or newer, its a very small patch file.
