   As far as I'm concerned its a fix.
   
   having played the old games I have to say Fallout 3 could use some more FO 1, 2 and Tactics flavouring in its stats.
   
   So this is a fix. Deal with it.

   This isn't a fix. It's just a mod based on personal taste. You might want to re-title your mod before it get a nasty rating for misinformation.
