Works. And you just buy the upgrades as simple vendor list items from Joe, no special dialogue. And it's kept wastelander simple, which is much appreciated. However, there's one or two oddities like the one kitchen chair floating way off the ground, the chair for the bedroom desk is too far out and sits in the middle of the room, and outside the barber pole has sadly been removed. Inside I'd have to change the bedroom around for better use of space. Not for me but there's definitely the core of a good home there if you really want to live in Canterbury and have some basic console skills.

Nice work overall. One thing, only tested with one of my games, is that RL-3 will not zone out of the house once inside. You have to zone into another cell to get him to get back with you. Using Uncle Roe's house works for this.

I understand. I think I'll require you to finish the quest, any ending. Thanks for the suggestion.

No rate as yet since i have only just DLed (but not played) the mod yet. But one quick suggestion. Perhaps you could make a key to be 'awarded' to the player for completing that superhero showdown (not actual quest name) questline, by 'removing' BOTH characters (The 'best posible outcome' finish). That way the house seems like less of a 'freebee'.
