You say that you made energy weapons less accurate but do more damage. That makes little sense. Energy weapons would not have recoil and the energy bolt/beam would travel at the speed of light and be much faster than a bullet. Energy weapons should be more accurate than gunpowder weapons.
hey i dont know for certain what the deal is, but energy weapons are low. like 80 dmg for the aep7. not much more for the rifle. sniper rifles in general are also around 80. the wattz 1000 is also low, and has absotulely horrible accuracy values. also, fire breathing ants are still really tough. you have to be very very careful.

i got one reccomendation but i have no idea if its possible...
coming in and out of vats is actually very dangerous now with all the increse dmg values. would it be possible to make vats "faster" and giving you control as soon as you kill the target? (that would be a very nice option for the fast paced action that is s-fook)
I'm going to try your mod next time I play FO3. I hope you did like you told. Because some things in FOOK are realy anoying, like the less dmg against enemys.

I wasnt aware there was a unleveled plugin for fook. Perhaps I should pay more attention to what I download XD. I'm going to go see if I can hunt down he culprit. Your mod seems to be workin great btw, no issues on the new char I started.
@wackedoutdj, That should be doable. The leveled list currently use FOOK's default (unless you're using the unleveled plugin), but I can certainly make some adjustments to it.
In S-FOOK, though, a level one would probably only last a few seconds against an Enclave soldier in power armor, unless said level one has great skill and powerful weapons.
Great idea! I'm going to download it and try it later. As long as you are making tweaks for fook I have a idea. I found it really unbalanced that at lvl 1 I was seeing enclave with power armor, especially since the armor sells for so much. Is there any way you can rebalance it so you only see power armor at higher levels, as well as lower the price a bit?
Sounds interesting, I'm staying away from overhaul mods atm, in favor of my own tweaks in tandem with other small mods, but when I decide to try out a large-scale mod again I'll look yours up.
