I have noticed that Point Lookout DLC crash to desktop sometimes when player uses the boat´s bed to travel to this location. This is because DLC maybe has some fail on the animation you can see when you sail across the river side. When this file, this animation is deleted: when you use the bed in order to start travel, automatically player warp to the boat cell in Point Lookuot. I hope this will help you. Sorry for my poor english.
