I found a little problem with this mod, but it is very easy to solve if anyone wants to know.
This mod accidentally moves down DLC04WaterPlane01, next to the cave it adds to the location (aaxPungaCaveExt). The result is a very visible seam in the sea.

Open Fo3Edit and copy the values from the left column to the right column, just save and everything will be fine.

      UPDATE 05/23/2020
So, I was generating Lod for Point Lookout using Fo3LodGen and everything seemed to be OK, until I found something floating above the trees.
      https://photos.app.goo.gl/wcyjb4vBxVmY9Sf37

After a lot of headache I noticed that the mod adds a DLC04WaterPlane01 to that area. The only problem is (as I understand it) that the object's position on the Z axis is -1582 when every DLC04WaterPlane on the map has the Z axis at -3228.
      The Problem: https://photos.app.goo.gl/bGu2BKb4JuTYvkTV7

Using FO3Edit I solved the problem, and when I generated the lod again everything was solved.
      The Fix: https://photos.app.goo.gl/NwAK9Vawf9BpPCJ88

If you see a plane floating in the sky that disappears when you approach it, that may be the problem.
(Point Lookout Reborn edits a DLC04WaterPlane01 below the ferris wheel. The way to correct the problem is the same.)

Cheers for the fix. I know it's an old post but the issue persists, and this is useful in fixing it.

I recorded a walkthrough of this mod. You can watch it here:

EDIT: About the Point Lookout Reborn punga script conflict:
    — Quote from the STEP page about PLR (by Kelmych): “Notes: Point Lookout is the spookiest location in the game. This mod adds locations, content, and short quests to Point Lookout, and along with In the Shadow of the Swamp (the fourth of the optional Puce Moose quest mods) makes Point Lookout much more immersive. Fortunately, The Wasteland Patch Collection provides a patch to make these two mods compatible. One additional change is still needed for compatibility with In the Shadow of the Swamp. The patch for this is included in CPD_General_Patch from here. Alternatively, xEdit can be used with the mod's plugin to remove the records it adds to Activator records xx004269 and xx00426a (where xx = Point Lookout DLC.esm).(Thanks to user NFDan96 for this change)."
Removing the records did not work for me (I may have done something wrong, who knows…). What fixed it for me was to copy the two records (xx004269 and xx00426a) from “PointLookout.esm” to “PointLookout Reborn.esm”, drag and drop in their respective locations (USE Fo3Edit). I tested it and it worked. Backup your files before doing anything!!!

I dont particularly feel like messing (aka learn to use) with xEdit. Not when I can easily use Geck to check id of needed items, create a bat file to additem them to container or merchant, and use/buy it. Take about 1 hour to do all of that. Straight forward and no worry about extra headache from xEdit (or anything else)

My comments below is to serve as reminder if/when a TTW converter decide to pick up this project. My solution is also, well, straight forward and fast, and a second insurance in case script fixing becoming too slow.

This mod's puzzles are pretty good. BUT. But it sometimes can drive players crazy if we dont "click" on mod's designer's line of thought. Also no second line of insurance: "no click? no clue." The punga fruit issue is very illustrative of this issue: why not some fruit samples with the punga easter? WHY THE HECK NOT? I am not aiming to change modder's way of thinking. My comments are mostly to provide a secondary helpful aid  to players.

There's a patch in the Wasteland Patch Collection that makes ISS work with PLR, but I found it disorientating because both use the same motel rooms. In order to work the outside door to one room takes you into the modified ISS stuff, but the inside (corridor) door to the same room takes you into the PLR stuff. At least, that's what happened to me. What with other issues I just decided it'd be best to use these two mods separately on different playthroughs.

What does the weightadjust esp do? The descriptions page doesn't mention it. What weight does it adjust?

That's actually the core mod itself. It doesn't adjust weight or anything, but is the stuff that brings in all the new Point Lookout content this mod provides. It's just the ESP is named weirdly.

Note on using Tiger Caspian, a very nice mechanism.

The minigame of shooting to death with this fireball shotgun and giving burnt/cooked meats are pretty nice. It give us an incentive to use them even in later game with better weapons. Cannibals can use this to cook human and ghouls. Normal players can just use this gun with animal to cook wildlife.

That is the pro. The con is that giving corpse items can sometimes create troublesfor players. OTOH, normal players who dont use this gun to cook human dont have to worry about that.

Another nice point is 8-round shotgun that shoot pretty much like shotgun, which is a nice thing. Combat shotgun has same utility but too weak and no feel like "shotguny". Sawedoff shotgun has only 2 bullets which is annoying. Comparable to this gun would be The Terrible Shotgun that was modded in F3 better unique community mod

Final nice point:  we would do better to use +fire resistance aid item to prevent this gun's splashing damage can burn ourselves. Which can be a serious problem with pack animals like mirelurks, especially with increased spawn mod.

    Note on Punga Oven Cooking
I placeatme a normal oven in megatonplayerhouse and it still work, no need for specific oven from this mod.
I usually drop most of my wild Punga, pure water, vodka, yeast, noodle all in one oven to do my cooking.
I usually press cooking button everytime I go back to sleep and get it whenever I run out of punga smoothie, punga pasta, and punga bread.
Weirdly enough, if I placeatme a 2nd oven here, it wont operate. Activate that oven wont pop the menu box. So one oven per cell only~

I'm feeling awful dumb here. I completed the Caspian challenges and got the Caspian Upgrade Unit. What do I need to do in order to upgrade the Caspian? I tried using the SuperChemBot in the retail store as well as the Scientist's House with no luck either way.

Note to self and others: if using the lovely Loot Menu by IStewieAI, do not use "E" to loot the safe, but press "R" to open the container. This will upgrade the Tiger Caspian as usual.

    Bug
    1. The punga spawning is tangled with PLO Reborn mod. So we cant get two punga fruits the normal way. While I can additem them in, it's not a proper fix. I would suggest PuceMoose and/or anyone planning to do TTW conversion of this mod to add several needed punga fruits in the container at the gas collection site. Maybe the big punga fruit itself. Or that milk crate that held Punga Easter. And any other reasonable containers, because there's nothing to be lost by that. By that time people would have picked several pungas already so it's not that overpowered/overlooted. Failing that, we can just fix the loot list of the mod's briefcases type of container.

    2. The captain's ship with loot dont have anything defend it, which is a shame because the code allow punga cook book which is pretty useful. There should be one major battle approriate for that kind of loot. Maybe when PC picking up the captain note there's a spawning of smugglers nearby maybe?

    3. The SCB point buy puzzle is not so much puzzle as a guessing game of a math problem designed by a bad teacher trainee who was so proud of his math prowess but so sucky of his writing. You probabbly know the type and have the displeasure of having him in your class once. In contrary to the good design of ep2 and ep3 up to that moment, this is a bad part of the game~ The easiest way is mentioned in this thread once so I dont spoil it here.

    4. The Caspian challenges info presentation also are not well-designed. Instead of one challenge completed and the next REPLACE the previous, Puce Moose really should have put 3 dialog line of 3 challenge TOGETHER right there and the ready command line nested inside each one (disappeared when completed). And three piece of Info about 3 caspian challenge that get logged in Notes section. Or hell, ONE note that contain info about 3 challenges. It's a bit of misdesign that can drive players to drink, TO DRINK I TELL YA.

The conference hall number puzzle is also in the same vein. It's not bad or buggy, because the clue is there, and can be deciphered once you figure out that yes, that's the clue. Problem is, about the most important clue of the whole ep3, but it's in a computer and not log in our Note section, unlike the previous important clues. I have to ask, what happen to make it a holodisk like other 10s holo message? BEcause two computer-only messages (ep1 message about changing safe number to year and children) are also two most annoying clue in all 3 eps.

Conclusions: Overall a good quest mod that expand the length and duration of PLO area. A recommended install for anyone still play F3 vanilla this day.

Does the punga fruit regrow after you picked them in this mod?
Edit: it does. I am dumb
