   how do i pick what level of motion blur i want ? the instructions mention a ".rar" file but i do not seem to find that file anywhere...pls help :(((

   considering your knowledge, do you believe there is some way to create a motion blur blocker? I mean, there are a few mods that add it, but it destroys my FPS from 15 to 4 making it unplayable, now I am trying to track them at FO3Edit

   Any way so that I can use only Motion Blur and not the DOF cause I'm already using Gopher's mod for DOF and I don't want to use any other, any way around?

   THIS IS AMAZING. A must have. Using Subtle+Far and the Outbreaks mod, the game looks SO GOOD!!!!!

    I really would like to know how to edit the speed the motion blur appears. I would like to set it so theres blur at slower mouse look speeds
