Actually, nevermind my previous comment. After my game broke down completely, I was forced to do a clean re-installation. It appears that something was conflicting with the mod, 'cause now it works fine, and it's just what I've always wanted "> two thumbs up, and 10/10. Good job!
Awesome Mod!!! Very realistic!!! Ive been looking for something similar for weeks and I have finally found it. Plus, there are many other interesting things. With the FOOK compatibility, this thing will rocks!!!
Over all I really like this mod, I Don't use FOOK so it suits me just fine. I started a brand new character right out the gate to get the full effect and its sweet I run a large variety of other small mods and have not found any interferences.
The only reservations I have with this mod is the rest portion of it and the food. It's a little frustrating when you start feeling tired so quickly then when you do rest you have to rest for so long that your really hungry and thirsty again when you wake.
Hunger as well could be tweeked down just a little, sometimes it seems like im constantly stuffing my characters face just to maintain.
Water is spot-on though and fits the dry dead environment. It makes the balance between radiation and health that Bethesda talked up so much in development much more valid.
Like I said before if the sleep and food got tweaked down just a little that would make this a 10/10 for me.
Wonderful mod, but when I can't use it and FOOK at the same time it just breaks my heart. I will re-rate once it is FOOK compatible. The combat is great though.
EDIT: I just wanted to add that I still use the new damage system you introduced and I love it.
Fallout 3 is even better with your mod...now it IS a struggle for survival as promised on the games box. I am really happy now when I find those "Eat'O'Tronic 3000s" because I need the food.
PS: I think that the dmg done by weapons to armoured NPCs is a little bit too high...It might be ok to finish of a raider with one or two shots into his breast, but a sneakcrit on a BoS-Soldier's leg should not instakill him. (Was using vanilla weapon (Sniper)). Anyway, great mod.

Helps make the game feel 'right'

Been looking for a mod like this.

Excellent mod! The Needs thing is the best in its category I found so far. It would be so great if you could make it compatible to FOOK! ">
Best idea to come to the wasteland in a while.

PSS: Hey, miniguns are dangerous now.
