Introduction.

Since starting my first game, I was a bit disappointed with the Outcast look. Compared to most of the great textures in the game, it was lack luster at best. I always wanted to see a more unique appearance for the Outcasts than just a texture change.
I also thought it was strange that these disenfranchised few would have access to the same high technology as the Elder's chosen, especially since they ask YOU to help them recover technology. Not to mention, the Outcasts are obsessed with the old ways of the original Brotherhood of Steel.

What does it do?

This mod will put all Outcasts in T-51b armor. There are several choices for how you play. I highly suggest you use my mod in conjunction with Dopp's Better Power Armor mod, which you can find here:

The Outcasts are using this armor on a regular basis in combat and in the harsh elements of the wastes (the protection is no better than the stock values). You may still wish to hunt down that unique set hidden in the game since it has been better preserved...

What's included

The three included .esp's are as follows:
OC in T-51b (Vanilla)- Simply changes the Outcasts so they wear t-51b, and nothing else.
OC in T-51b (BA 60 Compatable)- Is compatable with Dopp's "Better Power Armor for Fallout 3" 60% version.
OC in T-51b (BA 75 Compatable)-Is compatable with Dopp's "Better Power Armor for Fallout 3" 75% version.

This is only the initial release, so be sure to tell me of any bugs and please bear with me while we figure them out. I tested extensivly, but you never know what else may pop up. In the future I may make a unique texture for the armor, but I'm not sure yet.

-I found Hmudaa's mod, which replaces all bos armor with t-51b a while back. But I wanted to only put outcasts in said armor. To do so, I had to point their armors to a new mesh/texture file, which required some editing in FOMM & TESnip. If you prefer to have all bos armor replaced with the classic look, go dl his excellent mod.
-Dopp's Better Power Armor mod is pretty dang good. Go get it if you want that more authentic Fo1/2/tactics feel to your armor.
