    Sometimes the small mods are the best ever. Improves so much with so little, less memory clutter and less possibility of glitches and CTD's. Unfortunately they mostly go by unnoticed as do many "best things in life". I have megatons of such small mods for this game and many more. Yours is one. Thank you.

    Awesome location. I've often passed by on my northern travels(always make a point of crossing the bridge, just 'cuz its there and cool). Real close to that nifty path to N. of Ft. Constantine.

    Nice simple shack, and the NPC is a nice touch. Just love "scratchy" the baby yao gui. (Awwwwwwww) Tons of potential for a deck with chairs kinda scene.

    However, I'm currently using the Kelsey and Lucy West companion mods and ran into the same issue as battyman9 mentioned in the previous post. Upon entering the shack, both companions materialize in the loo and stay there.

    I have given this mod a 7 out of 10.

    The shack is great, and well placed, and the reason i downloaded it was so i could convert it into a the headquarters for the regulators as the vanilla Regulator HQ is full of respawning deathclaws, sentry bots and radscorpians. but when i recruitd sonara cruz and the rest of my regulator companinons (using Sharing and Caring mod) and brought them to there noew home they all appeared in the toilet cubicle in the back room, and they wont seem to move. Every now and again i will see one of them walking round the shack but the rest of them just stay in the cubicle. It seems to be that there is something blocking them from moving, and i have no idea why they always appear there when i walk through the door. If you can make this place companion friendly then i will definatly give this 10 and even endorse it. thanks.

    yes, there's a map marker that puts you right on the door. so it's very convenient once you've found it.

    What's amazing is that the bridge was actually there in the vanilla game. They built this great location and then didn't put anything there. I thought I should fix that.

    If you are having trouble finding the home, it is located west of Oasis, North East of the SatCom array, up in the mountains. More specificly, it's grid -11, 29.
