i tried what you suggested and it still doesn't work. where the HELL are these found in game? there's no GOOD clues as the descriptions just like, HERE YOU GO. ARMORED ROBES
Hey I'm trying to get this to work, but the coat changes strange colors when I get to close to an object. I tried the trick with changing the binvalidateolderfiles in the .ini file, but when it did I couldn't load my saves, so I changed it back.

This is an incredible mod, just what I was looking for. Thank you very much for sharing this with us! By the way.. if anyone is looking for the console command it is player.additem 900ed4 1.
I had texture problems at first, but figured out how to fix the problem. Whenever I would go near something the robe would change appearance to whatever I was by. Had same issue with other mods. To fix this problem simply go to My Documents - My Games - Fallout 3 and click on the Fallout.ini and scroll down about 3/4 the way until you find binvalidateolderfiles=0. Just switch the 0 to a 1 and your all set. ">
I absolutely love the way the robes look, but I have one problem; I easily found the black robes, but when I went to look for the Outcast robes, I wasn't able to find them. I absolutely scoured Fort Independence, top to bottom, room for room, and couldn't find them. I even checked several times in the storage room that requires the key, as someone said "In the safe," but I found no safe...
Anyway, any tips on where to locate the Outcast Robes would be much appreciated~!
