Gotta say, not a f***ing fan of you reocoloring some of the parts of the original recon armor blue. You could've at least left the color alone instead of ruining it like that.
Not a fan of you retexturing the metal parts to look like rubber either. It makes no f***ing sense because it is still called an "armor" for a reason so it would make sense to actually have SOME metal parts to the suit itself. Else they would've just called it the "rubber recon suit". Plus that was the whole appeal of the recon armor... part metal, part fabric. Like the pilot suit worn by the russian Cherno Alpha jaeger team from Pacific Rim.
You did great on retexturing the original non-metal fabric parts for the recon & outcast recon though. And at least you didn't ruin the colors on the outcast but that's about all that's good.
This is a huge fix since the default recon armor is almost unbearably ugly, thank you! I also really appreciate you keeping a version without the color lining.
I think the files got confused. The altered blue helmet is missing from the both files. I imagine its only supposed to be in the first but it just turns out vanilla. I really like the rest of the retex so I hope to get a complete file.
The composite recon armor is the quest reward recon armor you are given by the BoS instead of PA if you choose. This re-texture also includes those.I did include a pictures of the alternate pack. The alternate pack is the screenshots form nifscope not in game. With the Before and After etc. These basically are the same minus the blue or red lining/parts to the armor.
Could we get a few pics of the alternate armors pack? Also, another alternative pack could be to have these be the skin for the composite recon armor (which I believe makes its appearance in the DLCs, but I don't know for sure because I haven't played any).
