Hey there. Awesome mod, this. Only little thing is, I can't keep the NPC's OUT of the training room. Every time I'm doing some crazy training, an NPC wanders in and get shot, chewed, fried, gooified or worse
Has anyone got a solution for this? Or I have not to worry about them?
It has been a while since I had this in my load order, but: you could try locking the door behind you when you enter the training area, by using the console code lock. To do this, turn and face the door after you enter the training area (wait for it to close if needed), then open the console with the tilde key (`), then left-click on the door. Something similar to Door and a RefId number should appear at the top of your screen. If so, type in "lock" (without the quotes), hit enter and exit the console. The door should now be locked, preventing any NPCs from entering the room. When you wish to leave, go through the same process with the console, but use the code "unlock" (again without quotes) to open the door.
How do you get the marble textures from the pool picture? I downloaded RR compansions and refurbished and everything else required, all worked well, but for some reason I noticed that I couldn't find the area in the picture shown.
If you are referring to the pool images on the first page of the author's images, then kanzei is correct: that is the pool area in the Riverside Apartments. The easiest way to get there is by using the Vault 1 subway system. If you travel overland, it is the building next to Dukov's place, on the opposite side from the Tepid Sewers entrance.
I saw in the zip file that the author posted up his load order. And I copied exactly what he did with the order of the RR mods which made it not crash on start up. If it helps, another mod of mine is doing the same thing so could it be one of my mod's is being a problem?
Ah, well, readmes tend to be good sources for information! Yes, it could very likely be another mod in your load order causing your crashing. Depending upon how long your load order is, it might take a while to track it down. What you need to do is open up whatever mod manager you are using, then deactivate all of the mods not required to run RR CompanionsVault Refurbished (leave Fallout3.esm, the RR Vault .esm, Nos' Cosmetics mod active, as well as any of the DLCs you have, plus this mod), start your game from your last save and try to enter Vault 1. If the game crashes on you, then it is most likely a corrupted save file. If that is the case, I would suggest going back through your saves to see were the corruption starts.
If you can get into the vault, then exit the game without saving, activate another mod in your load order (I suggest going from top to bottom), and try getting into the vault once more. Continue this (somewhat tedious) process until you find which mod is causing the issue. The only other method I know of to check for conflicts between mods involves using FO3Edit, and if you are not really familiar with that program, I wouldn't recommend trying it at this point. It is a rather complicated tool for modding, but a good one.
I hope this helps you figure out what the problem is.

I have the esp at the bottom of my load order and it still crashes, is it possible for me to send you a picture of my current load order so you can see what I am doing wrong?
Oh really? Ok so should I have all the requirements be in the bottom of my load order then? Yes I do.
Not so much having all the requirements at the bottom of your load order, as having the .esp for this located below both RRCompanionVault.esm and Nos' Cosmetic Resource.esm. I have noticed that not all Mod Managers keep the .esp and .esm files seperate when mods are installed, so it is possible that when you installed this, the .esp file was mixed in with your .esm files and placed above the required master files.
Hi there, I am having trouble getting your mod to work. I downloaded all of the requirements, but everytime I start the game, it ctd's on me. What am I doing wrong? Is it my load order? If so, how can I fix it? Thank you!!
It is most likely your load order causing the crash at start-up. You do have both the RRCompanionVault.esm and Nos' Cosmetic Resource.esm installed, correct?

That is odd... What was it you did to keep the game from crashing on start up?
Somewhere below the .esm files, yes.
