i got all the requirements, i have FOSE yet for some reason i cant see the perks nor do i get the quest for it so for now this mod is totally useless, also if this mod makes the perk selection menu blue then it really isnt working for me, like does this mod still work with the latest version of the game ?
Love the mod, but unlike the NV version, I can't get the config to open. When I close the game and load it again, the menu activates immediately, but I cannot do anything with it. When it finally allows me to exit, the config still won't open.
I know its been forever since anyone has posted on here but just in case anyone runs into the issues that have been stated here (such as Touki not working, etc), I had the same issue and mine was resolved due to the fact that I didn't have FOSE. So if anyone else runs into any issues and you do not have FOSE, that is the likely cause. By getting that, It fixed pretty much all my issues. Only one I have currently is getting the sound effects to work.
Lol, i finally get this awsome Mod working!!! i Didn't know there is a config menu in the pipboy, right side of Apparel, my game is french so idk what it's called in other languages, so you can find Hokuto shinken config menu here, and you got to toggle sound, every thing works now thanks anyway!! So otherwise you have no sound effect!
I'm having some trouble turning on the technique SFX. Everything else, namely the ATATAs and the music is working fine, but the voice clips with the attack names aren't. The config menu always stays in the off position no matter what I do.
EDIT: Upon further inspection, it would seem that the Mod Manager kept redirecting me to the wrong build of the files. Manually installing the latest one did the trick.

I have tried this AFTER downloading FOSE as well.
NVM, got it to work.
