great mod, i especially love the pre war theme! maybe you can replace the other broken cabinets trough the tower with your repaired model, that will complete the pre war feel in the tenpenny tower.
Just made the new installation and there are some very nice touches. It is for the most part compatible with my complete remake except for some sidewalk chatter where we both replace broken sidewalk tiles.
I may do a patch later to remove the doubled tiles and fix any navmesh issues on the exterior.
Anyone who has both your mod and mine should place yours below mine in the load order, or for some reason there are some missing walls in the suite.

Murielkai: You can try and do that by editing the file in TESnip (via FOMM) and removing the exterior cells, I think.
