Definitely not a close quarters combat weapon. Does it work in interiors? That would be funny, but sooooooooo wrong. (Not like that ever stopped me from making crazy things. In my book funny always trumps realism.)
You probably arent going to get a while lot of downloads if you don't go further into detail and tell them what they are downloading.
-Add some screenshots showing what the mod looks like. In-use/out-of-use.
-Maybe give us a better description of what it does, and how to obtain it. If you don't remember, like your description says you don't, then I suggest you maybe load it up in your game and play it to understand what it does.
If you don't even know what your mod does, I doubt people will want to play it.
