Introduces lots of problems. Despite using FO3MasterUpdate command to convert *.esp to *.esm I am still plagued with crashes not present in previous patch 1.4.0.6. Constant random crashes in Rivet City and underground sections/stalling loading screens. Only solution is to remove the whole mods folders (texture/meshes) etc. Something not coming into question as the game then looks fugly.
Unless for specific reasons then avoid this patch like the plague. As of now I am reinstalling F3 to recover itto functioning status.
Last time ever I will "blind patch" a game into latest version.
Pretty bad stuff. Apart from the fixes, it introduces a veritable plethora of issues. I can't believe Beth hasn't rectified this yet. Currently in the process of doing a clean re-install, with the fake patch/Masterupdate, since I'm tired of putting up with constant crashes. All in all, a real pain in the arse.
My god, i tried this with zero mods and it still crashes constantly. The tech support phone operator was as much use as tits on fish too, insisting that the patch has "no recorded problems, period"

Not sure but i do believe it has kept game from crashing more than it did.
Glad to have it.

Does not work if you installed Fallout in a different folder than default.
The most bad thing never see in game patch or perhaps with SWG...
