I installed this and it worked perfectly. I started using it before Broken Steel kicked in, and after it does, everything remains perfect. Containers appear to be safe, Fawkes doesn't really go in there, he just patrols outside, which is nice.
This is one of my favorite house mods. The decorations are very pretty, but not excessive. It feels natural. The lighting is good. I love the double bed, it's so cozy (and you know I'm going to have fun covering it with teddy bears )
The only thing missing is perhaps a workbench nearby. It would be nice to have, but I can live without it.
I'm desperate to use this mod but for the life of me I can't get it working. The sweep gnome appears, I can activate it - but nothing happens. I don't run FOOK, but do have all the DLC's, patched to 1.7 plus the unofficial patch. I've been through my relatively small list of mods one by one, but disablng 1 to all doesn't help. Fawke's room isn't there, it's a door block with rubble (I assume that's the updated area?) - one thing to note though is the two inaccessible doors in the main mammoth area - with the mod they are doors, without they are just voids, no GFX object to cover the dead area.
When i installed and activated this mod, the museum remained the same. I believe it is incompatible with FOOK2, which also makes changes to the museum. This is evident in that the Anchorage section added to the museum is missing when this mod is active. I would like to recomend this mod to the FOOK team so they can integrate it into FOOK, they will ask you for your permission Aureste if they agree it is worthy of being added. Hopefully they can make a compatible version for you.
It's not compatible with Broken Steel. EDIT: Disregard that. It is.
There won't be a separate esp, the player room included is actually Fawkes' room that the PC can crash at. I made it with him in mind before noticing that it could be considered a player room as well and changing it to look like they both share it.
You see, Fawkes is sent to the museum, so why would he just leave it in squalor? The room I put there is technically his but you can use it. He is a companion after all, and sharing is caring.
I don't believe it is compatible, I don't have Broken Steel.
I enjoy mods that make it feel like NPCs give a damn about their surroundings. I think the player house goes beyond the scope of cleaning up the museum though. Perhaps you might consider separating that into another esp.
What's the compatibility between this mod and Broken Steel?

Definitely endorsed.

I'll edit that now, it does come off that way.
Thank you.
Thanks.

Broken Steel compatibility.
A separate version without a player house.
Overall, though, I like the premise and purpose of this mod.
