Darker and newer looking weapon textures, blood textures, pipboy textures, and Outcast armor changed.

I made 10mm guns, 32, magnum, sniper rifle, minigun, and gatling laser look darker and/or cleaner. The blood was made brighter and more smooth. The pipboy was made dark to match better with darker armors. The Outcast armor no longer has any red in it, and has a different decal. Feel Free to modify these textures as you see fit.
Optional High res pack adds leather armor, combat armor, and combat shotgun retextures as well as retextured clips for the apropriate guns. These textures are twice the resolution of vanilla.
