The breath mask and "bio eye" are plugins to advanced recon tech. I have never encountered better nightvision, it works great with fellout. There are a few mods similar to this including advanced recon thermal nightvision, that's the one with both nightvision and water breathing headgear; advanced recon armor, basically recon armor with a stealth field, and a few others. All of the advanced recon pages have links in the description to the other advanced recon pages, with exception of the nightvision implant, which is a perk. Hope to have been helpful.

I'm trying to use this with the Japanese Menace Stealth Suit. I really only want to keep the helmet but both of the mods overwrite eachother.
I prefer the body from your armor and the head from the other but... unfortunately they both seem to require the same file.
