Very simple BSA Manager program to ease the management of active BSA's in Fallout 3.
Note: you don't need to worry about BSA management if you have Fallout 3 v1.1 or higher, this is mainly for the Fake Patch users who use Fallout 3 v1.0 which lacks BSA auto loading.
