This mod causes the game to freeze when in water. More than likely as ghosthreat stated below when it rains. When go to the small boat at the dock near Superduper Mart, there's an water explosion sound followed by a freeze shortly after. I've pin pointed it to this mod. So anyone having the same issue can recreate this issue by disabling and enabling this mod to confirm it is this mod.
near the destroyed bridge when i tried to pass through the water while it was raining the game freezes i believe it has something to do with radiation plugin while it rains if anyone knows what i can do to solve this please let me know..
