Man, I totally know how to make this only appear after one gets back from the Pitt now but when I made it I had no idea, didn't even try I guess. When is the Skyrim CK coming out? There's only one more Tuesday in January before they have to eat their promise.
You should make a Alien Ammo Press in the Bridge of Mothership Zeta. It transforms any ammo into energy cells, microfusion, alien power module and cells.
Please make a version which doesn't require The Pitt! Not all of us own it!!! If you are worried about balance (with which I fully agree!) perhaps it can be purchased from Moria and is expensive, or perhaps a mini quest- Moira has heard of the blueprints but they are in the bottom of Wheaton Armory (did I remember correctly?) which not only causes radiation damage but also needs a 100 lockpick and thematically makes some sense.
