It is 2021, I don't know if you're still around, if you are kudos on this mod... awesome. Just the right balance of rough around the edges with amenities. I have developed, with the use of item codes for sandbags and lamps, a "Firebase" in the southern wastelands. I combined it with HB's Wasteland tent mod and the set up is sweeeet...!!!
Just gotta populate it a little now.
If you're still out there I have endorsed this mod and I think it is one of the best player base/home mods I have come across in playing the game. Many thanks for your work.
very nicely done but still far from complete. i like the idea and the look of this mod very much but there are still some issues with the navmesh (as mentioned by the author) and a weird NPC spawn bug. as already mentioned by FTouchdownF the NPCs the player left within the fence to guard the compound often just wander off into the wasteland when you return to the fort. i also tried to stash some food into the empty kitchen inside the barn and the NPCs just grab it and eat it immediately, so you never can stash food or drinks in the kitchen because they almost immediately get consumed. if those flaws could be corrected it would be a very decent mod! the NPC behavior in the small "command" post works pretty well but you could add some idle markers inside the armory. plz finish this mod, it has great potential and it was exactly the base i was looking for. greetz!
Update: "Vertibird may not actually land dead center<...>have not tested it." Actually the size turns out ok - landings offcenter are 1 out 3 but after practice and/or setting the marker properly should pose no issue anymore. The difficult landing space adds to the realism imho (hey, part of the base is a barn...)
As to the proximity to the Outcasts it would make sense to me to turn this into another base for them as they wouldn let something like this go to waste.

Nice MOD.
But have a little problem.
at first clance its cool the longer you look at the details of the cooler it gets very nicely done have not yet fully tested the navmeshing yet.
