After a third try I got it working. It's fake patch thats causing Fort Independence to crash or anything modifying that area, so I was able to get it after going on to 1.6 temporarily.
Anyway, the only bug I seem to have with this is if I'm all alone and I shoot at something, they won't be alerted of my place, but they will however go into caution mode and glitch in place. They will leave it eventually but during this phase I'm unable to get sneak criticals on them.
Excellent mod. Easy and simple scripting. Even a numskull like myself was able to mod the mod and made a similar device for jacking my non-combat skills. Thank You.

@MC Yeah, without the core, it's essentially the 0.3, although its a tad harder to get (but doesn't cost any caps), and with the also rather difficult to obtain core, it's essentially the un-nerfed 0.2.
Also, come on people, lets rate this thing, it deserves to be in the top 50.
Nice!Can u make a nerfed version with stealth field like on vanilla chinese stealth suit or maybe better but not too much,75 is to big for my balance opinion.And maybe no sneak skill bonus or a little one like 10 because the armor is light and well fiting.

I finally got around to testing 0.4 and it works fine...

Whoa .. this mod is cool as hell! I just started a new stealth based character and this mod makes it amazing.
