Strangely, the door to the market place inside the boat disappeared. Have empty space where I can enter the voide of space (and see through everything).
I know I'm very late to the party and this mod will probably not be updated, but I just want to say, first up I love this mod, thank you for making it. RC used to confuse the heck out of me and now it makes sense
But I have encountered 2 small issues, both at the first set of stairs you encounter after entering the tower (you enter the tower, go around the corner and there are the stairs).
1. the 'paper debris' under the stairs is floating; 2. NPC's tend to get stuck here walking into the wall at the bottom of the stairs.
If you leave and return they will respawn in the right locations, so it's not that bad.
I have no other mods affecting the inside of RC afaik.
Lastly as a side note, why did you use the dark rivet texture to block of the original doors? I mean in some spots it is easy to see where the original doors used to be whereas in other areas you've made entire corridors that perfectly mirror the existing textures. I have no experience at all with how this is done so I'm curious as to your motivation.
they're oversights. he probably hit F to bring the debris to the ground but didn't realize it didn't go all the way. i don't know if you aren't familiar with the geck, but the navmeshing and the debris are easily rectified.
A year later, I'm here wondering what exactly might be wrong with the navmesh in that area. Can't be the a vertex or two that's slightly off, can it? I'm obviously not too familiar with modding these. Maybe a year from now someone else will see this and have new input!
This is a great mod. Now everything makes perfect sense. One thing so far... you some how deleted the bottle cap mine from the work bench, located in the market place. I know, because I always make sure and steal it. Over 12,000 downloads and nobody noticed, or mentioned this fact. Probably too worried if their other mods are compatible with this one.
Pro-Tip people: If you want to know if your mods are compatible with one another... learn how to run a conflict report using FO3Edit. It's not hard.
I'll just bust out the GECK and put the missing bottle cap mine back where it belongs.

I've seen quite a few of your comments and they're always helpful. Thanks for taking the time to comment and offer your advice and opinions. I'm sure I'm not the only one that appreciates it!
Hey no problem. Glad to help. If people would just download and read through the FO3Edit tutorial (available here on the Nexus), then they wouldn't have to spend all of their time asking questions on here.
Game crashes when I exit any of the doors on the top deck (where the Security Guards Sleep) to the outside area of Rivet City. I also can't head back outside from the Stairwell or Market Place. so I'm trapped in Rivet City...
Rivet City Merchants has a major conflict with some doors in the marketplace that I moved around in order to reorient the marketplace and as such is likely very incompatible. The 3 cleanup mods also have conflicts in several areas with misc items that might or might not be a problem.
Thanks for clarifying. I had a pretty good assumption that was the case, but it's always nice to know from the mod author(s) and expert users. I might just use your mod and then, if I have a free afternoon, test it with the clean-up mod that I want to use - probably run FO3Edit to weed out the conflicts, and disable them. I'll report back if I do.
I'm just going to reitterate a couple questions into a new post, so as to make it more visable, and hopefully generate some up-to-date conversations.
Aanikron asked, "Would this be compatible with Merged Sunglasses Collection and Joe's Junk Shop?".
I am wondering the same thing, as well as if it's compatible with 'Rivet City Merchants' by DonLemonade (http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/16743//?) which is an alternative to 'Merged Sunglasses and Joes' Junk Shop' [they occupy the same space so shouldn't be used together]. I'm interested in using one or the other and the answer would help spare casual users from having to waste time testing.
The same thing goes for any mods that rearrange or clean up the Rivet City interior spaces. For example, Jeoshua said, "I want to say this file is 90% compatible with Project Cleanup's Rivet City Cleaned. Only 90 because, while it still deletes and rearranges most of the items, there are new areas and hallways that aren't fixed up. It is, however, fully compatible with Wasteland Banks, and so I'm sure 90% of the stores that get added to Rivet City's marketplace."
That's not 100% reassuring. Clarification is needed. I could find no "Project Cleanup's Rivet City Cleaned" do you think he means 'Civilization Cleanup Project' by Nifty62 (http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/18440//?), or 'Cleaned Rivet City' by TheLoneWanderer (http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/16695/?), or perhaps 'Rivet City - Cleaned Up' by irbakey (http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/11707/?), because differentiating between mods is very important.
I will likely test these all at some point myself, simply because waiting for an answer that may never come gets us nowhere, and I like to spend time playing and not testing mods. Besides, I'm just a casual gamer with a very slight propensity to dabble in managing mods. I know the more apt and avid mod users will just say to go test it yourself, but an answer from somebody that already has tried them is always helpful
Ok, enough of my rambling. Thanks for listening, Wastelanders.
I want to say this file is 90% compatible with Project Cleanup's Rivet City Cleaned. only 90 because while it still deletes and rearranges most of the items, there are new areas and hallways that aren't fixed up.

When you say "Project Cleanup's Rivet City Cleaned", do you mean the Civilization Cleanup Project (http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/18440//? by Nifty62) mod, or Cleaned Rivet City (http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/16695/? by TheLoneWanderer), because differentiating between two mods is very important. The former is the only mod I could find with Project & Cleanup in the title (and it effects more than just Rivet City), and the latter is the one I currently use.

any chance for you to release the "fixed" esp?
Quoting the Geck wiki :
If no green triangle exists near a door, AI does not know how to use the door.

A++, and for me now a Must Have.
I'm not sure how
