      There is another modder named kikai. They have a mod that has hoods and a few other cool accessories You should check em out.

    Would be great if the capes were ANIMATED. Moved as real capes after the wind, when you move, run, kneel, jump. Much graphical work, but I think it world function. Otherwise? GREAT!
