Using "Andersh's" Diving Helmet model (now defunct) I added the original script I worked long and hard to find and make workable to provide underwater breathing when worn, just in case you'd like to explore the hull of the Rivet City ship or the seas and swamps of Point Lookout without worrying about drowning.
The 12 Bolt Diving Helmet can be purchased from Seagrave Holmes in Rivet City Marketplace for around 200 caps, but because he rarely sells it except to high level characters I've also placed the item on display in Seagrave's cabin in Rivet City, but you'll have to steal it.
The file includes meshes and textures which should extract to your Data folder in their proper place.
Toggling Archive Invalidation with Fallout Mod Manager or by tweaking your .ini is necessary for the meshes and textures to appear correctly.
