I did not know so many people on the Fallout Nexus had such a vast knowledge of things, But I am afraid someone already beat me at my on game with Frederick Banting's insulin. Alexander Graham Bell did, in fact obtain a Canadian citizenship. I am referring to this not his original ethnicity.
