I found where the scarf comes from! It's from "Wanderer's Gear and Mufflers" by Gaijune. For some reason the original Nexus page (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5150) is no longer there. However, with some Googling and a trip to the Wayback Machine I found another place to get it on this Russian mod site: http://bethplanet.ru/fallout-3/mods/armor-and-clothes/wanderer-gear-and-mufflers Enjoy!
I'm having trouble with this. And don't even start saying that I installed it wrong. I actually did install it right, and it's not replacing the textures. So, I need some help. NOW!!
