   A must have mod, this is where everything started, from this trailer and this specific house fallout became one of the best franchises of all time.

   Amazing!!! I can't believe this has gone unnoticed by so many. This is definitely a must-have visual mod for Fallout 3, it's such an iconic spot in the game. Thank you!

   but like Commissar1032 said.... is there anyway the tv could be setup to play like...The TV commercials from vault tec etc?
