i aprriciate your comment and actully i am makin some stuff for him i try to do that everytime you shoot the gun sais one of prime's speeches but i havn;t found his voice file...
I really, *really* don't want to sound like a jerk or the bad guy here, so please keep that in mind while reading this. I really do apologize if I come off as even a tiny bit rude ">
I notice that you posted this file twice (which isn't my issue as it's an easy mistake to make), the first time with "The Liberty Rifle" as the title. I'm just curious as to whether you searched nexus to see if there was anything like this before posting your file? There's, that I can think of, three mods that already add weapons based on Liberty Prime's laser beam projectile. Now, I do readily admit that one of these is mine and that I did release mine when there was already a mod out that did the same thing, though I used a custom rifle mesh and texture, so felt I was okay with still releasing mine even after realizing my mistake. If you plan on making a custom rifle (as you mentioned that you will) then that's totally cool.
Please don't take this as me saying you shouldn't mod! I just think you should try to do something creative with your mod since this has already been done several times. You should try to make something unique and wholly your own to give people more choice and make it more likely that people will enjoy your mod. Now, if you just made this for your own amusement and decided to upload it, then that's totally fine and I understand that. If that's the case, then please disregard my post, but if you're wanting to release a mod for people to enjoy, I think there's plenty of creative ways you could do something similar to this without doing the same as others have already done.

Btw just thought I would let you know that your additem code will not work and this is why.
Lets say the code is12)000E6A (Not sure what you said)
Well the first 2 numbers are the load order numbers.
Lets say you have FOMM loaded. Look at the load order and find your mod. Now theres a number on the right hand side of the mod name.
This is the number you need. Its different with everyones installs because 1 person my have 3 mods and another 100.
So lets say its 5th in the load order then the additem code would be: (05)000E6A (No Brackets Ofc)
Hope this helps you out.
what's realy funny is that he got sound for his death but he can't die...lolz
They might be in soundvoiceFallout3.esmRobotlibertyprime
EDIT: You'll need to unpack the sounds BSA, which you can do with FOMM.
EDIT2: Gah, it messed that up bad.
