Is this mod dead? I remeber seeing it a year or so and the description and files seemed to be the same? I downloaded it and its a much needed mod but very glitchy, especially since I have the V1.7 patch (not sure if it makes a difference).
Also I don't know if this is compatible with Dc Interiors since I don't know if it affects the interior or buildings in Cantabury Commons
I've tried out your mod, and I'm now giving you some feedback
This is what Canterbury Commons should have been in the beginning: A bustling hub of trade with a large market. Your addition of the two gangs, however, has added an extra dimension to the town and made it a far more interesting place to visit.
I have come across some bad bugs here and there, and they should be addressed.
1. The generic NPCs (like "Cantebury Tourist") have their races mixed up somehow. Most of them spawn with mismatched heads and bodies. Some people have an Afro-American body but an Asian head, for example. I do not quite know how the spawning screws that up, but it should repairable.
2. There are FAR too many NPCs outside. Seriously. I counted at least 30 heads on one rooftop, and there were still several on the ground. This may have something to do with MMM Increased Spawns, so my suggestion is to decrease the amount of NPCs your mod spawns and/or find a way to limit the amount of NPCs spawned at once. I don't think any of us need 40 Tourists and Drifters to be onscreen at once. My CPU was struggling with the amount of activity.
3. Some NPCs are bugged. I saw a member of the Van Buren gang whose entire left side of their torso simply didn't exist. Other NPCs sometimes spawn inside the tents outside
4. The traders lack ammo and useful goods. Ok, not exactly a bug, but it needs addressing. I don't see how Canterbury Commons can be successful when the Bazaar Traders sell nothing but a few Misc items. I need ammo, weapons, and armour. I also feel that there are too many traders. Perhaps you should limit the traders to individuals who sell one particular thing, like those in Rivet City, or even the Travelling Caravans. And then add one or two other merchants who sell anything for a bit more variety.
This mod is good, but there is a lot of work to be done still.
I look only the entrance ,i habe only megaton house expansion and retextured a reillys armour,i travel to Canterbury Commons and only look a cut city ,the other part of city as missed ;x
"When you ask a trader : Care to trade? They will mainly say : "yeah sure i mean you'll love my s#*!" "
To each their own I guess, because that sounds pretty good to me. I don't expect perfect grammar but I do want good spelling. The above sounds good to me.
Canterbury is now a much more intresting town to visit.I love the casino prety cool. One strage hovering object oposet the dinner but i still have to give endorsment because its a real creative mod. I Hope to see more mods like this one. keep up the good work.

The Data-Entry building was a little immersion breaking for me, but i just wont go down in the building again.
If its polished up, it could be a great mod!
7.5 out of 10.
