refsil make a version without others carrying your weapons, then create one with no weapons at vendors... this way youll at least find out what part is crashing their game.
for me it works just fine, i got all weapons and ammo by console and i found weapons and ammo at seagrives, i played game for few hours (went to capitol, oasis...) and no crashes at all.
I've used this mod since it first came out and have had no problems with crashes, other than the fact the FO3 likes to crash anyway at the drop of a hat. Love the rifle Assassin, and it's scope is much better than the ones in-game, and the Shock Gun is just a lot of fun--overpowered, yes, but what else can you use to make a super mutant behemoth blast way up in the air and then use it for target practice?
First of all I gotta say: This is quite an impressive mod. I think it's also very good that you give all the weapon codes.
Problems: for some reason this mod made fallout 3 minimize randomly. At first I thought I was accidentally pressing the windows key, but now I'm sure it's nothing I'm doing. I found the sonic blaster only works when really close. Sparking for some reason was pretty ineffective as well. Also enemies and companions with these weapons don't use them, just attack with fists (or standard weapon for companions).
My favorite weapons in this mod are the MAS-9 and the Shock Riffle and of course the Boomstick. "this is my BOOMstick!" - Bruce Campbell, Army of Darkness (I love that trilogy!)
If I where to suggest anything it would be to have more merchants sell the weapons, and for them to be alot less expensive. Weapons created could also take less parts. Also if the weapons got damaged slower would be nice. The Redeemer could also do more damage for the blast it creates (like on par with a fat man). I don't know how difficult it is to do all that though, so sorry my suggestions are too much. I don't mean to be ungrateful. Like I said it's a very impressive mod, I would put it up there with the D6 Wasteland Boss Pack v1. I give kudos.

EDIT: Nevermind, it only crashed when a Psi Grenade hit either Shrapnel or Harkness.
Also, the mod caused my game to crash everytime when loading a save. Cool mod, but for fun only.
