   I could add npc's to the jail but not the whole crime and punishment thing. But I could try something.

   there should be a quest no wait 2 quests
   
   1= you bust in jail to bust out a freind
   or 2: you get in jail and its a prison escape
   
   its dark at 3:am you and your mates gotta escape the large prison at farfax you try to but the alarm sounds (vault alrm)
   its raining (using the enhance weather mod)
   
   the guard dogs are out regulator shooting
   
   
   1 of your freind gets shot as he climbs the fence your other one gets mauled by the dogs can you and the rest survive?

   What you really want to do is take your copy of fallout 3 and burn it. Because you're wasting your life and learning absolutly nothing at all in the process..

   I'm really looking forward for this. A big reason I play a Good character is because if I get caught I just get shot and the town hates me.

   I know it must be a very big job for you all so I promise to be patient.
