VERY handy. I hate waiting for Dogmeat when he has to take the long way around rough terrain, or gets stuck on something. The essential tag seems a bit unneeded- twenty-one levels and I haven't seen Dogmeat go down yet, but I guess I'd rather be safe than sorry (even with the Puppies! perk).
I was looking for just such a mod as this when Dogmeat disappeared - I think he fell through the ground mesh or something - the chewtoy brought him back instantly. Best of all, this useful little mod works seamlessly with my own Dogmeat mod. Huge plus. This one's a keeper. ">
