Colors had changed for some parts, please see the pics.
Just unzip it to game's root/data/texture/armor/
and modify my document/my games/fallout 3/fallout.ini
bInvalidateOlderFiles=0 to
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
Thanks for comments from "e8", "99" and "damn"(see comments), it's the clean version now
