   Does anyone know of a New Vegas version of this, or could convert it? I only have new vegas, but i've never done any modding, but the conversion seems pretty complicated.

   For the life of me I can not find the base ID of this item to give it to a character within the console. Where can I find that?

    Try combining this with the sailor uniform's white zubon (panties), it goes well with this. ">
