could you make the contract killer a 5 rank perk the first is normal the second gives you a qeust about saints that need to die the third allies you with the talon's and give's merc quest the fourth makes a few raid's for the talon's to kill the rival merc's the fifth increases the price of ear's plz make these change's i hate all these sainty mod's nothing for evil peaple :p
@exeHL The values are under global settings they should be easy enough to find. As for the holotags i've never turned them in so i don't know. Its probably listed under globals or a freeform quest somewhere.
I see what you mean about the negligible amount of caps that go with fingers. Still, I'd like to make a few tweaks for personal use. Could you please tell me how to modify rewards for things like these perks or the Brotherhood of Steel holotags?
thanks a lot for the level 2 esp...I'm at level 7->8 now and I just can't find a good perk for me to choose, I'm going to use perk mods but for some reason they all have high level requirements forcing the player to choose vanilla perks instead...and then not being able to choose lawbringer later because you need to take another modded perk thanks for fixing this for me
I wouldn't really say increasing regulator turn ins is unbalancing. I killed 44 people just recently on my good character and turned in the fingers for a total of 880 caps. The loot i hauled away from those kills must have totaled well over 5,000 caps if not more. Without the increase i would have only gained about 250 caps for the 44 kills.
While it does highly depend on a persons play style for me the perk is worthless without an increase.
The point is that there's barely any good people around the Wasteland who you can get away with killing.
I don't agree with doubling the increased rewards for Regulators though, they're unbalanced enough as it is thanks to there being so many evil characters roaming the Wasteland. If anyone deserves an increase in caps, it's the Contract Killers. It would give you an excellent incentive for being evil.
Not sure if I agree about the ears from neutral NPC's or not... Niot sure on the specifics of the contract killer perk, but surely it's the antithesis of the Regulators? Bringing down the virtuous and benelovent to make the world better for the evil element?
As for the increased rewards - Hell yeah! Makes being a regulator *mean* something just a bit more... I always was disappointed about that faction - theres nothing for you to do with them. I was expecting some Wild West justice quests - smiting the ungodly hip and thigh, shootouts with notorious raiders and outlaws... My inner Clint is sad at the lack of Regulator awesomeness

The reason to give only ears from Neutral and not both is because killing neutral characters is considered evil and results in a karma loss.
