I see this not as competitive. I create the mods in the first line for my self.
If I believe that other players also have fun with my mods, I imagine these are available.
If you do not like the texture, do not use it! The pictures show before istallation what you expected.
Name=dragon313 I give it a 7 because I think after 200 years off time to kill I think a raider would have painted some skulls on a rocket, just cause. does this mod add new camera agles and shots from vats? is that what you mean. also whats a glow maP? pls mesg me with answer thank you.
What you think ... after 200 years there are still lots of technology ... intact radios, mailboxes and many more and you think about a logo on the rocket after? Now think again about your grade 7 after !
As for my mod with vats to do? What do you see because if you are launch a rocket in the vats? A CLOSE-UP OF THE ROCKET IN FLIGHT!
As for the glow map is concerned: The Glow map (texturname_g) does the things like lamps and eyes glow in the dark. besides, i have no desire and no time to you to explain the technique.

Counter-question: who has the time and patience any tip rockets red paint? Perhaps the manufacturer?
How such a game like Fallout 3 without a little imagination can play is a mystery to me.

The textures used are from a different HiRes Texture Mod.
No idea how to do it. I have only changed slightly (see picture "before - after")
