FEATURES
* A concourse with 5 rooms used as player home in Underworld connected to the main cell.
* A small quest to open the home, and a little background. It starts when you enter Underworld.
* A glowing ghoul servant named Armand! He may share his beloved mushrooms with you if you ask nicely, but like the Pure Water from robot servants, he has a limit.
* Mrs T'an-mo. She is a vendor that deals in all kinds of weapons and specializes in flamer fuel.
* Convinient fast exit on practical location.
* If you nuked Megaton and Moira Brown is still alive, she will set up shop in the kitchen of the new concourse. (it has been expanded)
* Loads of storage space. All containers within locked door is player owned. (Except for the new vendor)
* Visiting neighbors! The concourse is large enough for actors from Underworld to interact with all furniture save bedroom privates. This seemed more "realistic" or you would never "have the apartment". Also added 2 more unnamed citizens.
* Usual utilities like Workbench, Laboratory, Jukebox and Bobblehead stand (Genovauk's script).
* Chessboard with pieces from SatCom Array.
* Lincoln's and Eulogy's hats, also an Oasis hood.
* A duplicate of the T-51b Power Armor , using the Outcast Power Armor skin as I liked it better. It's called *drumroll* T-51c!.
* Some fruit flavoured mentats.

HISTORY
v1.0
Initial release.
v1.1
Fixed the problem with robot servants and Tenpenny Player Home cell. "Should" be bug free now.
v1.2
Expanded the kitchen slightly and added a small shop for Moira Brown. Also altered the script so she no longer waits in Megaton after the nuke, she goes directly to her new home.

COMPATABILITY & NOTES
* I use myself 20+ mods that all work fine with this one including the "commonwealth of modders" (COMM).
* However unlikely, I should mention any mods that modify the UnderworldConcourse cell may conflict. I myself only added a key, a skeleton, a holotape and two area triggers for quests in the pre exisiting areas of the cell.
* The Chessboard will explode if you move too close or tamper with it. If i was not to explode the only way was to have pieces floating above the board, and it infinetely looked silly. I discovered NPC's eventually do this anyway. I try to teach them the rules of chess, but no..
* The NPCs may unlock the door the quest involves even though they are not intended. A script is in place to brutally slam the door in their face 2 seconds after they open it (when you open it, it stays open untill you leave the cell).
* If anyone have ideas they would like to contribute, they would be most welcome to do so.
