About this mod

A concourse with 5 rooms used as player home in Underworld connected to the main cell. Opened through a small but informal quest. New NPC servant and vendor.

Description
===========
An extention of the Underworld concourse. It doubles it size. Adds a few new "Underworld Resident"s, one of which has the retextured Tenpenny.

*Darker mundane version of the Lincoln hat named Museum hat.
*Tenpenny suit in dark luxury green.
*The extention is intended to serve as extra storage and part of it as a home to the player. (containers do not respawn.)
*Also the pesky author of the survival guide should set up shop here if you nuke Megaton.
*A small quest is in place to open the new concourse.

Location
========
At the end of the UnderworldConcourse cell there has been placed a door that hides a new concourse.

Install
=======
This archive can either be installed through FOMM or manually simply by extracting to your data\ folder.

Manual Install
--------------
1. Extract this archive to any folder and then copy the contents to Fallout 3's Data folder.
2. Start Fallout 3 launcher, click Data Files, and enable the .esp file(s).

OBMM Install
------------
Create the Fallout 3 package (Do this section only once)
1. Copy archive to (install folder)\Fallout 3\fomm\mods\
2. Start Fallout Mod Manager.
3. Click the Package Manager button.
4. Click the Add New button, find and select the archive, then click Yes.

Install the mod using FOMM
1. Start Fallout Mod Manager.
2. Click the Package Manager in the right-hand side of the FOMM screen.
3. Check the underworldconcourse in the list.

Uninstall

Pick which method you are going to use for uninstall based on how you installed it:

1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

FOMM Uninstall
--------------
1. Start Fallout Mod Manager.
2. Click the Package Manager in the right-hand side of the FOMM screen,
uncheck underworldconcourse.

Upgrade
=======
If you intend to upgrade you should move your stuff to a secure container and make a save without the underworldconcourse.esp active.

If you don't it will keep the old containers at their old place and not move it to the new location.

Compatibility, Load Order
===============================

The mod requires a highend computer as it doubles one of the more resource demanding cells in the game. Please do not be offended if it does not work with your configuration. I am just sharing it because I like the community. The uninstall is dramticly easy so there is no way this can "ruin your game" or anything if you make a backup.

I use quite a few of the popular mods. Here is a load order which is copied from "FWE - FO3" which works fine with the mods I use. I can't list all of them.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
Don't try loading this mod first time if you are in the Underworldconcourse cell in your save game.

v1.0
Initial release.

v1.1
Fixed the problem with robot servants and Tenpenny Player Home cell. "Should" be bug free now.

v1.2
Expanded the kitchen slightly and added a small shop for Moira Brown. Also altered the script so she no longer waits in Megaton after the nuke, she goes directly to her new home.

v1.3
Cleaned up many things. Also moved the entire concourse to a more fitting location. Added two new textures, a darker lincoln's hat and a green tenpenny suit with dark leather boots.

v1.4
Added a small private clinic and cleaned up the navmesh again. Also polished and added more clutter to complete the museum feeling.
