My copy of Fallout 3 got destroyed. So I am while I am waiting on a new copy I thought I would upload a cut-down version of my work so far.
To save space I removed all textures, and the custom weapons and armors that depended on them.

This mod adds:
Vault 101 sealed wing: (Inspired by Tcho’s)
Ever wonder why the Enclave was so interested in finding Vault 101? The main vault was nothing special, but what about the sealed, unfinished wing? Had the overseers ever had the drive to expand the vault and complete the access tunnel, they would have found one of the most advanced vaults ever built. A joint venture, between Vault-Tec's skunk works, Logan-Tec, and a secret government contractor, whose research would later be absorbed into the Enclave. Now they're after the Prototypes.
The wing was inhabited by members of the Vault 101 survey teams. Deserters who decided they didn't want to lock themselves back in. They had stumbled upon the code (Vault-Tec Lt Code) for the Rear Maintenance Hatch while gathering supplies for the survey, and the Lone Wanderer's father had found it while data hunting as well, without knowing of the sealed wing itself.
The hatch can be found hidden behind some shrubs, just off the street leading down from Vault 101.
Future Ideas: Rear exit to Megaton House basement. Exit room to basement had Nuke Disabler. (Explains megaton’s bomb failure). Similar Maintenance Hatch. Add hatch access code to Vault 101, father’s safe (Currently Hatch is unlocked).

Big Town – Bittercup’s Sanctum
They all thought she was just being weird hiding out with her altar by the house in the corner, and stayed away. She had her altar all right, but had also spent a great deal of time breaking into and cleaning that house. Turning into her private sanctum, but you’re cool. You can stay.
Future Ideas: Dialogue added to Bittercup to explain house (or maybe Diary in house), Territorial dog outside to further explain why others stayed away. Only likes Bittercup and Player Party.

Logan-Tec in Franklin Sq. A skunk works subsidiary of Vault-Tec. Its flamboyant corporate front, a cover for some of the most advanced technologies ever created. Its CEO was scheming for bigger things and kept some of the best production models for himself in his secret panic room. Includes 4 Vault-Tec Extra Dimensional Cases inspired by Quarn's VtEDS. They were meant to hold custom weapons, armor and clothes, but I took to those out to until I can test them again.
Accessible through his private elevator disguised as a Coin-Op Vault, near the south Franklin Metro.

I also upgraded Silver’s Ranch House to both be nicer and more fit for a on/off junkie at the same time.

This is meant as a modder’s resource as I have no way of testing it right now. I just wanted the ideas to be put out there for others to work from or improve upon. I hope everything works. There may also be some leftover’s from modifications I was making to certain quests, but got removed because they depended on custom textures.
