I opened this up in GECK and noticed that there is an "AND" condition on one of the three values, shouldn't they all be "OR"? Currently, this mod does not seem to work, as when I attacked an enemy with a melee weapon and typed player.getav critchance, I didn't seem to have the 15% bonus, but when I changed all the conditions to "OR", the critical chance did show to be what it should be.
How does this differ from the Unofficial Fallout patch's fix for the ninja perk? Do they both work, but this works more efficiently? Does the UFP not even work? Your description doesn't provide a lot of info.
