   if you want to make them playable without console
   1. place them in :leveled items, VendorWeaponsRare
   2. in a container : enclave, footlocker, your own container that you place somewhere in the wasteland
   3. give the enclave some of these weapons
   4. place them in the wasteland

   @headremover, I suggest you play around alot more with your geck until you atleast make these weapons playable without having to use console comands.
