4096x4096 Punkish retex of Wasteland Wanderer Outfit
Currently lady's only but if people like it ill make a male version.
Its a seperate item with a seperate texture that gives +15 Sneak you can find it next to a mailbox in Springvale, for some reason the glove texture also shows up on the wasteland wanderer outfit, If anyone knows how to fix that id greatly appreciate if you could tell me.
It comes with a custom pipboy icon i threw together.
