   absolutely love this mod, but it seems to disable the killable children mod which sucks because I wanted to play as a cannibal ghoul that kills kids..

   Still works great. After leaving Vault 101, I used the console command "showracemenu", and set up my character. EDIT: Thought I was commenting on a different mod {Fallout Character Overhaul}. Anyway, it works.

   I would remove the lore-friendly tag. Ghoul LW isn't very lore-friendly, imo.

      Well your opinion is wrong.
      
      It's completely reasonable for the lone wanderer to be a ghoul. You weren't born in the vault, after all.

      Are we just gonna ignore how all the dialogue in the game would need to be rewritten for immersion to be kept as a ghoul character.

      With all the perks that affect radiation and a fact that my LW activated the purifier its a pretty high chance of them becoming a Ghoul(thanks to showracemenu). For a mask to hide that fact that she a ghoul I use one from Fear the Regulators mod.

   I know this is an old mod but is there a fix for the hands on player raider/tribal/etc being mismatched only on you?

   I just downloaded this mod and placed it after "Alternate Start - Roleplayers" and worked like a charm, thanks! Now I can fully be a Raider

    Omg i want to play as a raider so badly, but when i open up my console command and type: showracemenu i can only choose the ordinary races and a ghoul, and not raider.....omg i wannna beee aa raidaaa!

       Sadly this mod will only make you look like a raider ,they still attack you
