IMO, vanilla Fallout 3 has a big exploit in using Sinks, water fountains and other sources of water as a healing device with no limits to it, and minimum risks..
This mod changes that.. Now all water sources will give you +9 rads, except purified ones.
So Sinks will become +24 HP, +9 rads for example. This will also affect rivers. I also recommend using fast rads accumulation thats part of XFO's mod, if u want a true and realistic challenge.
I believe you will need to start a new game for killer water to work, because of the way fallout works.. Also its best to be loaded last in order, to avoid overwriting by others. It has no conflicts with any mods in that way, and is probably compatible with everything..
